Returns and Refunds
- Return requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be processed. Please contact us to receive your RA number.
- All returns must be received in new condition.
- You cannot purchase something by accident! We do not entertain lame excuses.
- CANCELLATIONS: YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.
- No refunds on shipping charges.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We cannot refund/return the Checkmark Canada Cloud Payroll fee. The software pricing is based on the pay-as-you-go model.
Shipping and Returns
- All physical products will have freight charges included. Freight charges are based on weight, class, accessorial fees and delivery postal or zip code.
- In-stock items will be shipped within one to two business days.
- Tracking numbers will be available when products are shipped using a trackable service.
- ***INSPECT ALL SHIPMENTS UPON DELIVERY.*** If damage is discovered, please refuse shipment, and call Checkmark Business Solutions ULC. Do not sign for delivery if you are in doubt. If unsure, please call Checkmark Business Solutions ULC.
